The restaurant website uses a vertical scroll animation to explain how dining at the fishing boat restaurant works.

3. Successfully catch a fish
4. Give the fish to staff for preparation

At Zauo customers will have to fish
their dinner ingredient. 

You may have difficult catching the desired fish. You can get advice and help from the staff.

Each fish has its market price AQ. The staff will also make recommendation how to prep the food depends on the ingredient you fished up. The four basic styles are sashimi, yaki BBQ fish, karaage breaded deep fried aka tempura, and sushi お刺身, 焼き魚、煮付け, 唐揚げ, お寿司. Each fish can be prepped two ways!

Where to find Zauo izakaya

The original restaurant is in Fukuoka, there are more than 10 chains and sister stores across the country. Quite a few are in Tokyo including one at Shinjuku and another at Shibuya.
